DyeTrans 4880 Sublimation Systems
Today's printer of choice for the digital decorator is the Epson 4880. This printer is an updated version of last year's road champ, the 4000.This printer is ideal in that it has all the bells and whistles: prints fast (about 10 times faster than a 1280), has a max paper size of 17"x22", and has an excellent ink system that allows 110ml or 220ml cartridges. The 4880 falls in the "Professional" family at Epson because it is made to be used in a heavy-duty environment and have a long service life.
