Everyone knows that long term costs are not in the press equipment but in Labor Costs. Adding a twin shuttle removes wasted operator time waiting for a pressing cycle to finish. It also negates heat platen idle time while waiting for the operator to load and unload. Production is maximized with no additional labor cost.

The shuttle table creates less fatigue than swinging the head as well. Unlike easily tearable teflon 'hammocks', this shuttle is solid machined-flat aluminum, holding any heavy, sharp, and rigid imprintable products without concern. Laying out fabric, shirts and garments is a breeze, with the two 16x20 silicone pads positioned just like the standard table configuration on the press.
