Aluminum for Sublimation Imprinting
Aluminum for Sublimation Imprinting comes in gold, silver or white coating choices, with further refinements in finishes and one or two-sided coatings, as well as sized for your convenience. We also sort our aluminum sheets stock by grades, with top of the line for those important and precise projects or use a product that is profitable and economical for those big jobs that don't require impressive material.

Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF)
Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood made from compressed and bonded wood fibers combined with wax and resin to form panels. MDF is very dense and stable, allowing for very fine tolerances when machined. This engineered wood offers an extremely tight and smooth surface.

Phenolic Laminate
A Phenolic Laminate sheet is a hard, dense material that is made by applying heat and pressure to layers of synthetic resin impregnated paper. Phenolic based laminating materials, such as high pressure or low pressure laminates, are used as the decorative wear layer of restaurant table tops, store fixture cabinets, and counter tops, to name a few.

Unisub® Sublimatible Hardboard
Unisub® Sublimatible Hardboard consists of smooth panels made of compressed wood and coated for dye sublimation. These panels are densely compacted under pressure and therefore are suited to the heat transfer process because the heat pressures the imprinting techniques bring to bear do not warp the wood as much as natural wood would under similar pressures.

Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP)
Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) is plastic composite mixed with fibers that increase durability and strength. Unlike ordinary plastic, the composite allows the piece to retain its shape under high temperatures and pressure. Our Unisub® FRP sheet stock pieces are especially coated and selected for sublimation.

Unisub® ChromaLuxe™ Sheet Stock is lushly coated aluminum and hardboard made especially for top of the line applications.
