OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.

Heat Press Instructions

Hover transfer under open heat press for 10 seconds to dry excess moisture.

* Add 2 extra seconds for every additional piece pressed at the same time.

1) Print the transfer.

2) Cover the press with protective paper.

3) Lightly mist transfer with DyeTrans Pro Spray.

4) Place the transfer on the FRP, smooth wrinkles.

5) With the transfer attached, place FRP face up on the protective sheet. You must imprint the 2-sided substrates twice. You cannot imprint both sides at the same time.

6) Cover with protective paper.

7) Press with TIME/TEMP/PRESSURE settings listed above.

Double-sided items: Let cool completely, repeat steps 1-6 for second side.
Do not stack items while hot. Place separately on a table to cool. A thin plastic film that must be removed prior to pressing protects some items.
