Required Accessories: FORM01 for Adult wristbands) or FORM02 (for youth) Aluminum Blanks (For Multi-Up Imprinting) OR May also be done on a stainless steel (uncoated) water bottle in a DK3 mug press
*Ensure metal fob is removed before pressing or away from heat plate.

1) Load wristbands onto the aluminum blank or water bottle. Line up the stitched side of the wristbands with the edge of the metal or in a line on the bottle.

2) Lint roll both sides of the wristbands.

3) Match up the wristbands with the printed images

4) Lay the metal over the top of the printed images or place the bottle in the press with the images taped securely.

5) Secure the paper to the metal using heat tape

Tip: Print images such that they lay to the far side of the transfer sheet. Then you can simply fold the blank side of the page over the backside of the wristbands. This will prevent the extra ink in the bleed area from transferring onto the heat press platen.

6) Press with imaging side of the wristbands face-up.

7) Repeat for the reverse side of the wristbands. (Not needed if using the mug press method.)
