While looking for a way to distinguish our business from our competitors, we came up with the idea of making picture frames in various shapes and sizes. We purchased sheets of Unisub MDF and used our CNC router and laser to cut the pockets and shape of the frame. After the shape is cut out, the rest of the process is "business as normal." We start with an attractive design, print on 8.5x14 paper and press with medium pressure for 70 seconds. If the reaction around the shop is any indication, these frames are going to be HOT!
