This six tile mural was commissioned as a Christmas gift by the adult children of a "mom who has everything!". Told that mom is an enthusiastic collector of the whimsical furniture by a company called MacKenzie-Childs, I had a maple frame made, which was coated with black lacquer, then laser etched to create the complementary checkerboard stylings of the Courtly Campaign pieces that Mom owns. There is a subltle antique gold leaf accent between the tiles and the frame. Photos include prized home grown pink roses, as well as many family photos.
