2" Rounds Die Cut MATES® Adhesive Plastic- White, 10 Sheet pack, 15 per sheet, 12.157” x 6.842”, 150 total. Price per pack. These pre-cut round dots are great for stick on labels with logos, artwork or other ideas. MATES products have an extremely durable surface, which is highly resistant to heat, solvents and abrasion. All finishes are dishwasher safe (with the exception of Prism). White MATES are both microwave and dishwasher safe.

Sublimatable/thermal printable. The white layer in the white MATES is PVC and generates toxins when burned, so should not be lasered. The brushed silver does not so can be laser cut. The white material absolutely should never be lasered. It will void the warranty on the laser and can be very dangerous. All the MATES material can be cut with a vinyl cutter, Silhouette machine, X-Acto knife, scissors, shear, etc.

Heat Press Instructions:
1. Cover the bottom table of the press with a sheet of protective paper.
2. Wipe the MATES with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol prior to pressing.
3. Secure transfer to substrate using Heat Tape.
4. Place substrate face up, with attached transfer face down, on top of Teflon Sheet, then protective paper, on bottom table.
5. Top with protective paper, and press according to time, temperature, and pressure above.
6. Immediately open press, take a cloth or napkin and rub across the newly sublimated Mates in a circular motion, rubbing the top layer into the adhesive layer. This will help prevent wrinkles, bubbles and separation issues.

Application note: Add pressure or dwell time should you see areas of separation or drop-out in the material.

Note: MATES products have an extremely durable surface, which is highly resistant to heat, solvents and abrasion. All finishes are dishwasher safe (with the exception of Prism). Crystal and White MATES are both microwave and dishwasher safe.

1. Poor Color Saturation / Blacks Print Gray / Colors Have "Pastel" Appearance (Throughout Job) -
If using PowerDriver software, set Vector Color Management to "None". May also indicate insufficient pressure, time or temperature. Try increasing in that order.
2. Poor Color Saturation / Blacks Print Gray / Colors Have “Pastel” Appearance (Some Areas Only) -
Indicates insufficient pressure and poor contact between transfer and MATES in those areas. Increase pressure.
3. Dyes drifting beyond the intended print area/image generally indicate that the transfer was not fully dry before printing. Dry transfer by laying on the bed of your press while open. It may also be helpful to increase pressure.
4. A double image indicates that the transfer is moving after the press has been opened, before the dyes have
cooled to the point where they will no longer transfer. Ensure that transfer is properly adhered to MATES and that you open your press slowly and smoothly.
